I am writing to say how delighted I am with your company. Ordinarily I do not entertain canvassing by telephone. However having listened to your sales rep on the phone and needing my kitchen refurbished, I arranged for one of your designers to call round. I have had another quote from a leading high street franchise, but quite honestly was put off by the sales pitch and al the hidden extras that were not accounted for until the last minute. The young man in question was obviously good at his job and his flair for utilising even the smallest of spaces came out in the design he provided. He spent a great deal of time going over the proposed plans and nothing was too much trouble for him.

The next step was the surveyor again, he showed a great deal of professionalism going to great lengths to make sure that the proposed design was viable. He had to make minor adjustments, but none that made a great deal of difference to the original plan. Throughout both these stages, there was considerable communication between your customer service department and my partner and myself, making sure that everything including the price was to our satisfaction.

Finally came the big day when delivery was due and fitting was to commence. The fitters arrived early in the morning and worked well into the evening making sure that the time spent without service was minimal. The goods were delivered and the delivery driver went through everything at length making sure that all the supplies listed were present and correct. The fitters were excellent, not only taking care to clean up after each stage, but testing each appliance making sure that they worked properly and that there were no leaks. I was amazed at the amount of skill shown, both men being able not only to assemble the units which is in itself basic, but being able to turn their hands to electrical, gas fitting and plumbing. Again the standard of work was excellent. Both my partner and myself are highly satisfied with your company from the telephone sales rep right up to the fitters, all of whom provided excellent service and guaranteed ultimate satisfaction. I would have no problem at all in recommending Space Kitchens to anybody.
