Dear Space Kitchens,

Many thanks for sorting out the few remaining details of my new kitchen, which is now up and running and in fine order.

I must be honest and say that when your designer came round I was definitely NOT intending to buy a new kitchen, merely to establish the cost with a view to a later purchase.

However, I was very taken with the quality of your units and am delighted I was persuaded to go ahead now rather than later. The design of the kitchen has given me far more floor space than I formerly had but, because of the efficient use of space within the units, without the loss of any storage space. A win-win situation, as they say.

I have to thank you for the helpful approach of all the staff I have dealt with: designer, surveyor, fitters, management and office staff have been at all times courteous and responsive and have done much to enhance the professional image of your company.

Since the kitchen was fitted, I have shown it to all my visitors and all have been impressed: may you have many more sales and many more customers as satisfied as I.
